The UK healthcare market has its own specific performance standards, regulations and specifications laid down requiring quite definite characteristics to ensure the required performance and durability are delivered. Principal Doorsets has sought to go beyond these minimums to deliver enhanced performance whilst greatly reducing life cycle costs.

HEALTH TECHNICAL MEMORANDUM 58 or HTM 58, Approved Document M & K - Access to and Use of Buildings, BS8300 along with inclusive access, and the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) sets out criteria for doorsets to perform within a healthcare environment. Principal Doorsets experience along with a complete product offer can provide an array of solutions to fit performance and project budgets. P21+ seeks to harmonise and control cost of builds. Our technical team has evaluated the sectors requirements and can tailor an offer to meet and surpass the requirements of the various standards.
